Rory, do you think we'll see $3 by year end? With the completion of the balance of the renovations, I would expect the 3rd and 4th quarters to be pretty good. At some point in time, CHGO should pick up some analyst coverage. Also, I would expect that management will have embarked on the next series of acquisitions by that time. I don't think Pietro's is the end of their strategic plan.
