Talk is cheap and so is this stock. Now lets see some activity in the price. The confidence level in CIGI is very low. Does anyone have any insight of when the shift from Blue Chips to Smallcaps will occur? It seems like everyone is running for cover or taking the 31 day stock loss for the year of 96. Who knows.
