So we should all sit around being careful to only have neutral opinions? Is this what you think the problem is with the likes of Howie and JR? They are using fraudulent or dishonest practices to influence a stock price. Flaming is fine if the substance is true. Libel, slander and fraud are not media dependent. If Howie wrote newspaper articles under multiple identities, trying to influence using partial truths, he would surely be sued or worse. Why do people think publishing on the internet is different? The public needs to be protected from the likes of those who misuse public forums. The question is not weather you like or hate the stock, the question is if you have substantial truths to base your statements. p
