Just checked out the site you mentioned - they want $19.95 for limit orders up to 1,000 shares - then 1 cent per share. So say, 2,000 shares would be $29.95.

This is more expensive than MB who will do 2,000 shares for $18.95/$22.95 depending on #trades/month.
