Why would a major JV with STS when they could pick up a property such as this for themselves. You must remember this piece of property was available because the previous government was over thrown. STS did not really prospect this property, they were more or less handed the property on a platter, with a little research at the "library". As might a large major be handed a property if they were interested. A large major would also have more clout and resources. Maybe I am wrong, I hope so, but until time tells I will not try to fool myself into thinking that the worst investment I have ever made was actually the best investment I have ever made.
