James, This dividend thing is great, not for the effect it will cause on our share price, but the information it contains to the investment world. There is NO way the market can ignore a company issuing dividends on 2 consecutive quarters, revenues in the $50million range, EPS prospects of multiplying, and continual acquisition growth. Most importantly, we have super strong current assets as is the reason for our dividend and continual strength. The market MUST take notice sooner or later! To top it off, more reitrees will be investing in DCTC for its dividend income stream......? Alright maybe not. - ST
