New management, a development of new products (I am particularly enthused about their EL drivers, quite a big market there), good value (relative to book) and enough cash to execute the business plan. The main negative is the hordes of people that bought the stock much higher and will sell on any rally, eventually these will dissipate and then the stock will be free to move. I still think it could go under 1 marginally in the next 3 months or so, but next year, I believe it will be a stellar performer. Zeev
