William, yesterday BRLI was showing signs of moving back up (the ask and bid were up). Then a sale of 10,000 shares @ 1 1/2 was posted. Two minutes later the sale was deleted, but the damage had been done and the price moved down. This is what I call shaking the tree. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. In this case a few apples fell off the tree.
