IRTG may finally be waking up. on 4/23 they announced the signing of letter of intent to operate a casino at the Radisson Hotel in San Jose, Costa Rica(it would be their third in Costa Rica) . volume higher than average this morning. could be interesting day. they should also be announcing the beginning of an internet gambling site soon as well. ( based on news release last year) anyone have other info, opinions? thanks, john
