Good Morning Dave and Bob Yes the 8K filing does show the Pro Forma balance sheet for the two companies. It is available from the Optima web site and Edgar and of course the SEC. The merger is proceeding as planned with approval from the SEC in the next few weeks. Once we have the green light from the SEC we will release more information on the union between OPP and AMEX and what it all means to the shareholders.
