Mr A. Michael Turko reports John P. Dorrier of Houston, Texas has been appointed to the board of directors. Mr Dorrier has a BSc from the University of Utah in both physics and geophysics. He has served in various geophysical positions at Mobil Oil Corp from 1975 to 1977 and Amoco Production Company from 1977 to 1981. From 1981 to 1985 he was manager of geology and geophysics for the Anschutz Corporation and from 1985 to 1995 he held executive exploration positions with BHP Petroleum in Melbourne, London and Houston overseeing operations in Australia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. More recently, from 1995 to 1997, he was instrumental in the success of Seven Seas Petroleum in Colombia.
Very little stock out, good leverage, low market cap, this game is just starting. It's still a shell, but if this guy is coming onto the board, then a good bet is an oil and gas deal is imminent. |
