I'm not worried about not having David Robinson at the company as if he would be their salvation.

Back in 1994 when Tracer needed money, they placed an offering thru Gaines, Berland, Inc. and raised $9,315,000 net.

Of course at that time their stock was 1-3/16 (as of Sept 16, 1994)
and they only had 27 million outstanding shares. That shows they were able to raise capital when their share price was over a dollar. That offering was for 5 common shares and 5 warrants at $5.625 per share.

That offering was for "exploration", not for "production and development" which is what they are going for now. That is a very, very important distinction.

I believe they'll do it without him.
