Martin:
Case in point is the "Shaker Tables". BCMD has been saying since last November that the tables have been ordered, shipped, stuck somewhere, blah, blah, ad nusium, etc. and todate, still no tables. If BCMD wanted production, they should have had those tables installed a long time ago. Also, somewhere someone mentioned that Sterling wanted BCMD to explore, and not produce gold...After re-reading the S-3, filed 12/22/97, it appears that Sterling may be calling the shots and not BCMD:
The Agreement also provides for the establishment of a Management Committee in order to determine overall policies, objectives, procedures, methods and actions, which Committee will initially consist of one member appointed by the Company (James S. Chapin, Chief Executive Officer of the Company), one member appointed by Sterling (Robert Danial, a principal of Sterling) and one member appointed jointly by the Participants (Kenneth Friedman, a director of the Company).
