I don't think they (Watkins) is pissed off about some bill. I think they are choked, as am I, that the stock price doesn't go up - period. There is only 3 mill. shares out there and supposedly not much float. With such a "great property" ie close to FGX, good promotion team, tight stock, sound management etc. why doesn't it go up? Obviously someone or something is monkeying around with stock.
