Full Report <TGSK> as promised: Suggest doing DD now!

NOTE: I feel this is a safe and excellent, mid-long term pick with limited downside and a likely double and possible 4-bagger within 12 months. May not be a good stock to daytrade, but should do well soon.
One of my new "SLEEPER" stocks with DGIV and LCAV, TAVA, etc....let's you sleep at night

Scott Sitra at IR was great source of information as is their website.

***************

***POSITIVES:
Earnings per share last year of .29
Earnings Q1, 1998 = .10

Average PE for stocks in this industry showing good growth of 20-50% = 26, meaning that based on last years performance of 29 cents/share,

TGSK should command a stock price of about $8.00

***GROWTH: 40% over last year, 150% last quarter over previous year.
Have secured the right in 3 states (TX, LA, OK) to distribute Mercury lubricants in US; Mexico market very lucrative, less competition (only Evinrude); breakdown of business is mostly high margin, Lubricant and Mercury Marine products, and 35% of business is in high margin luxury yacht sales (about 35%); smaller amount in jet skis (about 5%), which
is fine because jet skis carry the lowest margins.

1997 revenue = 14.2 million
1998 revenue = 20.7 million

*** also filing form 10 with the SEC to become fully reporting, a voluntary step.

*** goal to get on NASDAQ or even AMEX; company is a bit frustrated that stock price does not reflect full valuation; steps with PR to brokerage houses being taken

*** FLOAT only 2.2 million shares, 7.2 MM outstanding

HISTORY: in business since early 1990's, family owned; impressed in conversation with Colin Smith; good feeling (a minor plus perhaps but worth mentioning; same with Scott Sitra...shares tightly held)

NEGATIVES:
Just started trading on B in Janueary, so that is why stock has not taken off; also a false sense of volume and instability being created by MM's; big blocks being traded back and forth between MM's make investors a bit nervous since they don't realize who is
doing this. Feel that the performance of the company will soon be recognized as they get the word out about the company's performance.

STRONG BUY for $3.00 minimum in 6-12 months
