I talked to them and they said was that they won't comment on ongoing litigation, unless there are material developments. Seemed rather ordinary to me. I would guess there will be a lot of back and forth before this is settled, and I understand why they wouldn't want to spend the time discussing each legal move. However, they did give me a case number so I could watch it myself. It is CIV 98-0305-PHX-ROS.
