George: I e-mailed Mr. Mahler last night and he returned the e-mail. He said that Omnigene,Inc. sold the patent rights to Omnigene Diagnostics in May of 1995. They have licensed the use of the name Omnigene only if it includes the full name Omnigene Diagnostics. He said that Omnigene Inc. is a privately held company with different officers and directors than Omnigene Diagnostics. I mentioned the problem with the web page but he did not comment on that fact. If you wait to research a company with the resources on the net you will probably lose. Active research calls for phone calls and materials. As far as details, I gave you all that I had at the time and I thought that would be better than nothing. I was not trying to scare anyone, just trying to diseminate facts as they are received. I really thought that was the purpose of bulletin boards on the net. Regards Mike
