I agree. I would think that some major shareholders of Mecc would voice there concern over the low price of this merger. This is a takeunder not a takeover. Where are the big shareholders of Mecc? Next week might bring some announcements by them thereby causing Softkey and Mecc to rebound. I think that we are near the bottom in this cycle. Softkey hit 17 and bounced back to 17.5 and Mecc hit 19 and bounced to 20. I'm losing money at the moment with Mecc but at least I'm not losing $1,400,000 a day like Mr. Palmer, the chairman of Mecc. Also, FMR, Tribune, and the others must not be happy campers right now. BTW, I would like to see Softkey get Mecc at a higher price but it looks like this is not to be. I will be buying Sofkey next week at these low prices. Kirby
