How are things on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean?

The company has been busy with the financial audit for the Year End 1997 and 1st Qtr. of 1998. The numbers should be out in the next couple of weeks. I will post the financial highlights on this thread and send complete packs to all those who request the info.

Plant operations continues to move forward. The company currently has a problem with delivery schedules for the new SDS AIR BOX. It looks like every manufacture of semiconductors wants samples and/or production line product for their individual operations. The company's industrial engineers and Garvin McMinn(President) diligently work on the timing between raw material deliveries, Quality control testing, production and shipping. Also, the new company industrial web site will give you more of an internal look at company operations: airbox.com.

Financing options continue to be explored for the best win-win scenario for the shareholders and for the financier. Management continues to receive visits and conference calls from many interested parties who want to be a part of the excitement.

Price per share continues to move upward from its previous lows in Feb-March. I'm confident that once the company can release the names and amounts of tenative sales, the momentum in the volume/price per share will most likely spike.
