NO, this is Outdoor Systems (OSI)the largest billboard company in the U.S based out of Arizona where I play my best golf. This is the best stock that I own and the future of this company it stellar. Go look at the chart. Since I bought it a year back it has ran up to 40 twice and split, they like to split the stock at that price.
