Brian: It will be no more of an opportunity than you have right now to buy shares. Maybe I don't get your question. Along the same line, typically, current shareholders are offered rights to buy shares in the offering(in theory, you can keep your current percent stake in LOR the same by exercising your rights and increasing your ownership--you escape dilution in your percent ownership that way).
