Ok, ok, you may be right. However, as I understand it....IF a press release has been signed off by the company and submitted to the official channels for release, the Company IR Department THEN has the ability to discuss said issuance with the public.

Of course, as always, I could be wrong. I always take that to mean that nothing has been issued at the time of my call to the IR Department.
