rci: These are my sediments exactly. I do not understand how anyone can believe that stock dilution is the answer to increasing a stock price! As I've previously stated the stock is already there. There are over 5 million shares issued. As of April Focus Partners was holding only 150,000 of these shares. What we need is an announcement that the company is planning to repurchase a million of these existing shares. Or that Focus Partners has decided to do their job and has several institutions looking to purchase some large blocks. BOTTOM LINE:::: When there are more buyers than sellers the stock price will go up, this will not happen by flooding the market with more shares. If anyone has a different opinion please explain?????
