People.. People... People... Let me say something about the "Wintel" rumor.. The mainframe market and the PC market are two COMPLETELY different horses.. The latter is a gullible and stupid one,, The only reason Wintel has such a strong hold of the PC market, is because the general public doesn't understand how computers work, and they buy what everyone else has.. I personally use Windows, but only because every competitive product has been slammed out of the arena.. In the mainframe world, the people who buy systems, choose carefully, and intelligently.. This means that there will be very tight competition and Microsoft will not be able to waltz in and take over.. Personally, I think that Microsoft has such a bad name in the Techy world that most managers will consider it an ego blow to succumb to Microsofts hand.. If I was in charge of systems, I would stay as far away from Wintel just on principle :) EVERYONE LET'S BRING MICROSOFT DOWN!!! JOIN THE REVOLUTION ;( .
