On yesterday's conference call they (UTEK) mentioned that the request for 10 million share authorization was for acquisitions down the road. Art also quickly stated that they did not have anything on the horizon. This could have been a misdirection. I will try to get some info from some sources but I have not heard anything about this yet. I would be excited about this marriage if it took place. There was never really any stigma to the GCA stepper systems but rather the other GCA equipment. This ISI system is a superior tool that ISI is incapable of rampimg volume production at this time. This would be a very healthy marriage, IMO, and would address where UTEK could be a player in the DUV or leading edge feature size lithography. Andrew
