Christine, No you can't call me Twinkle Toes! There's nothing funny about it at all. Apart from preventing flea bites, it helps me keep in touch with the feminine. And this thread is about FEELINGS, isn't it? Fleas are quite a serious health threat, since they carry tapeworm (common) as well as tularemia (rare). Flea allergy dermatitis also can end up being fatal for cats, if untreated. Also, have to disagree completely with you about free trade. Artificial barriers imposed by govts. such as high import duties and subsidies always result in higher prices for consumers, and usually result in an industry that fails to make innovations and improvements. When this happens, it becomes a vicious cycle, and the govt. becomes a permanent nanny. Why should we pay taxes to the govt. so that it can give money to an inefficient producer so that it can stay in business selling at a price higher than its competition? It makes no sense to me. But, if you can explain the logic, aside from Congresspersons seeking votes for reelection, please do so. Thanks! David
