Reed: Could be old numbers. Though as long as I've used SECAPL the date, volume and trades fields have been mostly meaningless. But the price fields update, normally by late P.M. Only way to know, however, is for following a particular issue regularly.

I only use SECAPL when I want foreign price data quickly, and don't necessarily care whether it's current. I verify it later.

They're the only free U.S. server I know of that has all the active foreign issues. Too bad that they're not dependable.

For dependable prices.... Well, you know the rest.
