Pap, re: NE conf call ... they mentioned that dayrates in West africa are softening.... THAT is NEW news and was not previosuly known. Drillers will sell off as the dayrate weakness appears to be spreading from the GOM where there are now 3 idle jackups. NE is also shutting dwn a couple paltforms
