May be I am misunderstanding your post, but if what you are saying is that the important thing is to have signals that are correct all or almost all of the time--that is a laudable goal, but it cannot be done.

The holy grail that all systems players/developers look for is that perfect infallible system/indicator -- an interesting but futile search, IMO
