I don't know how good that strategy of buying VVUS at 3:30and selling at 3:59 would be. Today doesn't seem any different than yesterday and that would have got you in at 12 1/2 and out at 11 1/2 yesterday.

I was going to buy VVUS at the close yesterday and luckily I put my order in at 3:57 and bought for 11 9/16 it was over 12 at 3:50

I think that the opposite of what you are saying is also true. Daytraders will want out right at the close in case of bad news. Will probably offset any shorts who want out but who knows. Especially if we close under 14. BWDIK

I would like to re-enter VVUS around 11-12 though but hopefully for the longs we will never see that again. Looks like real solid basing here.. could go either way.
