GT Interactive Terminates Offer : Cites Mkt Conditions NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--GT Interactive Software Corp. (GTIS) will not proceed with its proposed follow-on public offering, citing market conditions. As reported, GT Interactive filed for an offering of 15.5 million shares, including four million the company planned to sell.
