La Presse newspaper in Quebec is reporting that the principals at Dominion Bridge are about to be booted out and that management is likely to be taken over by ex-Managers of ECO. It is unclear whether ECO itself would be taking a bigger stake in DBCO or otherwise what their role might be in these changes.
