Bill: You seem to be a lot more computer savy than your posts of late would have us believe. Reading between your lines I hear what you are saying and it makes sense. Why buy a y2k program just to be alerted to a problem that you elude will be addressed by the software maker themselves. Do you think that the software makers will openly admit and therefore be liable for y2k problems. Its a cat and mouse game now as we speak. I for one would like to know in advance that there is a problem lurking somewhere in my harddrive. Then turn to the company and ask for answers,,.... not wait for a miracle upgrade from a company that hasn't even figured out their liability end of the problem ....... let alone a fix for it. You may sound like one,,.... but your no "hick". Tell us the story behind your posts of late.... For everyone's benefit. MWS
