Jules, lets see if I got this right. IBM buys back shares to "distort earnings" and INTC and MSFT buy back shares for what reason again; because they are good uses of funds? Clearly you must have been a Honeywell rep. Also, the real point of my message to you was that buying of shares and changing tax rates per your statement make it farcical to estimate IBM's earnings but somehow make it easy to estimate INTC and MSFT earnings.

Do you think you could get back your Honeywell rep job? Your views relative to IBM should really allow you to easily make your quota. Oh, my mistake; Honeywell is no longer in the business. IBM doesn't seem to have suffered so much from my years as an IBM Rep.

Regards,

Don
