NAMXShort
The insipid challenge that you are referring to is the only reason to invest in this company today. There is gas in Nebraska. We are producing it and it is being metered. To downplay this reality is to attempt to create uncertainty. The value of the field was estimated at $129,870,000 by Geophysik GMBH. Obviously, earnings from production are fundamentally important as they prove out the estimates of the field's value. You have failed to refute this fact and so look for other weaknesses which isn't hard to do considering what happened on March 29th.
I don't know how long you have been following NAMX. I have been on top of this company since Feb. of 97. I have made a pest of myself and, as it turns out, a fool of myself at times. My due diligence did not inform me of the dilution, though Hunter Vann and Zeev Hedd warned me about it eight months ago. Nor was I aware of the activities of the first director. Over the past fourteen months I have collected two huge files and megabytes of information relating to NAMX. The gist of my due diligence has confirmed that Dr. Stamm does indeed have a patent on remote sensing using EM; that EM has been used by vulcanologist down to 20,000 ft; that the EM Sounder was used to locate gas in Nebraska; and that the gas is being produced and metered.
Throughout this time, the company has never given me access to financials. We have been after the shares outstanding since day dot. It looks like we will finally get the answers from management. As you know, the financial questions you asked can not be answered by me. Only the company can give you those details. I am operating on the assumption of the worse case scenario of 144 million shares. Anything that I tell you is strictly my interpretation. It isn't real until we have a press release.
I have been posting less on this board over the past two weeks for a professional reason. I have offered NAMX my services during this crisis. If they should choose to sign a contract, I will no longer post speculatively on these boards. I will revert to lurk mode after this post.
As for the website, that is my site. The company did not ask for it and it will be removed when they request it. I felt that it was important to show that Dr. Stamm is working through this crisis to ensure that our only revenue producing asset is operating. While the financial and management side of NAMX has been hobbled by the recent crisis, the operational side is up and producing revenue.
Best of Luck,
