which brings us to the most universal internet idea Federal Express! I think FeDex is a gorilla. They are a high tech company and have a consumer level product and a significant proprietary advantage. It can be said that cost of switching is low, but for businesses, the cost of switching shipping companies is quite high. Even higher for mail order companies who negotiate long term contracts for good rates. Dragonfly
