I think what he meant that for the very short-term we are oversold and that we could pop up on Monday. Im interpreting what he said by the one tick to mean if there is any negativity on Monday we will continue down.

He is also calling for the end of the month rally. Per my short-term technicals Tue/Wed should be the end of this pullback since my down cycle was calling for 3-4 down days, starting with yesterday. If one day is up then it would extend the overall pulback by a day.
