Ian, I have been following recent developments between ISI and UTEK. I'm not up to speed on UTEK ISI has on occasion purchased a limited quantity of DUV lasers from Cymer. Do you see UTEK entering the stepper market for DUV lithography? Intuitively it makes sense, but I haven't been following UTEK. Thanks in advance for your astute IMHO, DKG
