Geoff, OT OT OT. I think GTW is a great turn around story. In the q4 1997 they reduced sga expenses and inventory (by 34%). They are growing there margin while the big guys are deteriorating. They are probably trading at a small discount to future earnings while the industry and the rest of the market are trading at 33% and 50% premiums, respectively. I also feel it is an excellent takeover candidate (although it would probably have to be at a significant premium over todays prices). As far as your point about everybody else selling, do you realize how much buying power index funds have. These are the most popular investment vehicles amongst institutuional investors that are convinced over the long haul VERY few managers can beat the index. Just mho. Drew
