Hi Gerry, Long time, no speak. Last year, Judge Jones was presiding over the procedure involving motions, discovery, etc. It is a process that must be driven by specific due dates. It is my understanding that she is a very knowledgeable and fair Judge. You're right, the issues are extremely complex here. I'm not willing to spend my time giving meaning, especially to something when I have no direct knowledge or involvement. I have trust in the system and I believe that E-data's position is strong. Do you know the prayer for patience?.... Dear God, please give me patience ----- and I want it now! Arnie
