I couldn't agree with you more. CRG (who through an affiliate company publish MoneyWorld and Financial Sentinel) do what they get paid to do and that is to introduce a small company that no one has probably ever heard of and give it a public face. As long as the promoter discloses that he is being paid (either in stock or cash) then I don't see why everyone has a fit. Now if the promoter is deliberately giving out false information then that is a different issue. In most cases the promoter works with what is given to him by the company (even though they are required to due basic DD to confirm the company's claims). I've seen plenty of cases where BB stocks lie through their teeth to the promoter and then try and shift blame to them after the company's claims and promises come up short. Those of us who utilize the internet to glean investment information and make decisions tend to be somewhat nearsighted that there is a whole universe of investors who don't use computers and rely on a network of brokers and hard copy newsletters to find "the next Intel...or Wal-Mart....or etc.) These investors can be a large source of trading volume which is critical for a stock trying to establish itself on any market. My veiled sarcasm to an earlier post was that AMHD relied heavily on the services of CRG/MoneyWorld to not only get recognized but to fill their treasury with the proceeds from a convertible debenture. Now they seem to be "TOO GOOD" for such associations. I'm not down on AMHD. In fact I like what Mr. Parnell is doing with the company. Even CRG will tell you that if your company does what it claims then at some point you will "graduate" to a level where you will not need their type of services anymore. I hope this is where AMHD is now. As to being or not being a "fan" of CRG let me say that I have seem them cover good companies that needed a break as well as companies I wouldn't wish on my enemies. I do give them credit for being good at what they do. I'll take disclosed promotion any day over a lot of the "Spamming Touters" that lurk on the Internet.
