Well Customer Service is going to be important in this business.....

How about this for starters...I was trying to do some things in my CheckFree E-Bill account and couldn't figure it out. So I called customer service...didn't ring once..I had a human. Problem Solved.

While I'm thinking about it Kurt a.k.a. the Sales Dude who can't talk to us.

Go out and Sign up Safeco, & Auto Owners Insurance.....They'd be about ready for this.
