MYG..I'm holding the May as well. Stochastics indicate stock is OVERSOLD. I'm pretty sure that MYG will reverse. This is just a technical imbalance due to the run up in the stock. The relative strength is BULLISH. As for now it's obvious that MYG is under Distribution. But let me clarify something. When a stock 'corrects' there is such a thing as a healthy correction and you must separate it from an underlying problem. When a stock has run up before earnings and it subsequently 'beat the street' then the correction is just a technical healthy correction. There is no problem in MYG. It might have been OVERBOUGHT when I bought the options. May expiration is still a ways off. I had no intention of selling the options at a loss. Give it a while.
