All, I haven't read this thread for a while, and as I surfed through the posts to catch up, it is no wonder the stocks performance is down.
All this skepticism, and based on what, more skepticism?
I have received notes accusing Dave and Grizznet of insider trading, Bunte's honesty being questioned, and all kinds of other accusations and innuendo. All based on what?
I know, I know, a board that was to be appointed in October, hey, what's this, 5 days late, now, there's a reason to sell and question someones integrity.
I know, I know, you were looking for the fast track to the USDA, I'm sure NVID was too, but when there is testing by a third party, you are on their agenda, not your own. But, hey, take the fast track, call everyone a liar, dishonest, and nothing short of pond scum, that will really help the stock you supposedly own.
Let's get real, grow up, and be responsible.
Lets start looking at this sensibly, point by point.
Dave and Kerry from Grizznet are some of the most honest people I have ever been associated with. Dave was more forthright than most, and even made sure that he did not trade on any information that he obtained. He never revealed any names, companies, or any detailed information, purposely, so that you could trade on his honest opinion and assessment. Kerry did nothing but relay Daves report as I did. What you read, I read, nothing more, nothing less. Many people have a misconception that it is illegal to know inside information, that is not true. It is only illegal to profit off of inside information.
As for the other matters, I spent about 30 minutes on the phone today with Bunte. One of the first questions I asked was whether he was familar with any of several names of people that post on this thread.
He was not, nor did he remember talking to any of them. That doesn't mean anything, but he said that he screens most of his calls, and accepts calls mostly from people that he recognizes.
My main purpose of asking that question, was based on the premise that I think there is a deliberate campaign to sink the stock. I say that because as you may remember, a few weeks ago, there was a vicious rumor floating around about Reg S stock. Now, a week or two later, all this hoopla about what?
Well I asked Bob regarding the board, he said that he did in fact tell Dave that October was when he had planned to announce the appointment of some very prominent people to his board. He also said that they had tentatively agreed to be on his board, and it is a priority, but not necessarily on the front burner. He went on to say that one of the people lived in Houston, and he was trying to work out his itinerary and it may be possible, with this show coming up in I believe Arizona
the middle of Nov. There were a few other people, some of which were doctors, and I can only assume, Medical in some way.
As for the USDA testing, I think if you go back to my previous post of just about a week or so ago, it was clearly stated. Independent testing is taking place on many fronts, some are taking longer than expected, and others are just getting underway. Until the results of those tests are concluded, he can't pursue the USDA, FDA, or any other "A" Without supporting evidence from independent testing, he couldn't get past the front door of the city dog pound, let alone a government testing facility.
Most of what I have written is not any revelation, just uneventful, but based on common sense and logic. We as investors want everything to happen on our timetable, well time for a reality check.
There were a few things said today regarding the Aqua Bio side of the business, that would lead me to believe that we are in for some eye openers within the next week or two. I forget who said it in an earlier post, regarding Aqua Bio being worth at least .50 per share alone. I'd say that may be very conservative, they seem to firing on all cylinders, and from the sounds of things, it may be turbocharged.
No hype, but, it's just that we all put so much emphasis on Microsafe, but to me, what differnce does it make where the green comes from, as long as it finds it's way to the bottom line. NVID's intentions were always to get Aqua Bio producing cash flow, then, get Microsafe positioned to contribute. I don't see where they have deterred from that plan at all. I'd be focused on where they have their efforts concentrated, and from the sounds of things, it looks like some big dividends are starting to pay off.
Do what you want, but to sell now, would be to cut yourself short,IMHO.
