Hey Jimbo, I got's me another question mebbe you can help me out with. See, I run a production line of milking equipment and I been having trouble printing stats for the daily runs.

I got me one of them AS400s out in the milker shed and a Optra printer for each stall (17 stalls -- used ta have 19 but then last winter a couple of my Jersey's up an' died on me). And when I try to run the daily reports, I keep gettin' this "Error -390: Printer Definition File not found". I'm shore in a PCL. (that's a computer joke I heard one guy say - I don't get it?)

Now Charlie, (he lives back yonder about 10 miles)...well Charlie was trying to help me out with this stuff but I think he zapped my drivers and shoot&#151I musta lost them installers somewhere's round the shed. So mebbee you can help me figure out what to do&#151you do say you're a IBM server tech with that there Lexmark certification. I sure hope I don't need to call the Soup Maskot girl on this 'un. I betcha you kin probably figure it out with no trouble. Thanks again. Say, you should come over for a spell and have some supper. The missus does a pretty mean grits 'n okra recipe. Talk to ya' soon.

Take care,
-MrB
