You are correct. The figures I reported were from Midland's latest research report. I should have known better. they only did the underwriting, how are they to know how many shares there are. A January release on Stockwatch reports 13,484,715 shares issued. Someone from the company used to monitor this thread. Perhaps they could post the correct numbers as well as outstanding options. igor
