You seem to be ignoring the fact that there are nearly 11 million shares outstanding, including over 2 million warrants. I would imagine those warrants are registered and freely trade-able for some time, since they are in the money. In addition, the largest holder outside of management is Mr. Gintel with over 1 million shares. Since I believe he has publicly stated that he enjoys loaning out his stock for a profit, then I don't see the short interest as being an issue.

The real issue may be waiting for you on Bloomberg under a news article titled "Milestone Scientific Product Claim Disputed at FDA" dated April 24th (3:31 PM). The article says that Milestone submitted no clinical studies to the FDA to support the claim that its injections are "painless". The FDA said that they only gave Milestone permission to say the product was "substantially equivalent" to existing syringes.

If you don't think that this is an issue, you should refer to the CEO of Milestone, who in response to the reporter is quoted as saying "that could be a very good point."

Remember, when researching a company for investment purposes, more is better than less.
