I think it is extremely likely in that Seagate has acknowledged an interest in doing so. Valuation will depend on a number of things at the time of the spin off. market conditions not the least of which will come to bear. Its a bit hard to speculate on it now IMO. I think Luckzo will show his mettle in such an effort however. He is a savvy former Wall street insider.
