Mark, I agree. Also, they may not be getting enough response from the SYSF shareholders, and therefore keep advertising. These type of lawsuits are really becoming ubiquitous. I've been noticing that close to half of the time I look into historical news of a particular stock, there's a shareholder lawsuit pending. It's funny how most of the same law firms keep popping up, especially the one that's filing against SYSF. Although, the lawsuit advertisements against other co.s don't continue to appear daily, as they do for SYSF. It almost seems like SYSF should be able to file some form of harassment suit against them!
