NE conf call mentioned that 3 rigs are idle in the gulf and that even one idle rig causes havoc with RIG dayrates. No sign of BOAT day rates dropping yet. Boats are unaffected directly by RIG day rates but rig utilization dropping is not good. I hope they cut those RIG rates to the bone to keep drilling!!

The conf calls of the boat companies will be interesting.
